The Gin Joint Jazz Band is an early jazz ("traditional jazz") band formed in 2019 in Calgary Alberta. We play a wide variety early jazz standards originally made popular between the 1920's and the 1940's, and other music from the era including ragtime and blues. With 4 to 8 musicians, and a lively attitude and show, we are sure to keep your audience entertained with their toes tapping.
